my microsoft word document will not load up

What is the best way to schedule outsourced resources in a Project? Having no control on their schedules, hours worked etc. Is it recommended to set up a separate calendar (task) calendar for each outside resource and apply it to tasks using the outside resource? Items not saving to GLOBAL.mpt when copied using macro

Status of summary tasks incorrect
