How do I use Project03 with Pre-Project98 programs

2007 hardware requirements
Hi All...I have a client with a slew of 1.6GHz 512MB ram laptops running project Pro 03. They want upgrade to 07. I don't have anything that slow to test on my own, but 07 is slow on their machines.
