I was wondering if someone could point me in the right way. I would like to
make a menu with different images all in the shape of puzzle peices. I would
like a different image on every peice. What program do i need or plug-ins????

With the appropriate caution about avoiding 'Mystery Meat Navigation'[1],
the only thing you'd need would be the puzzle-piece shapes you want,
preferably in the form of a vector image.

- Copy the bitmap you want on the puzzle piece
- Select the puzzle piece
- Edit>Paste inside
