Well I'm trying to connect using GURUTERM on my RR-NET catrridge and
I noted that it woulden't reconize ANY of the wires coming from my HUB
until I unplugged the MAIN 1 coming in from the router in the bedroom
(at which time it immediately began to flash).

So, my question is, could the hub have been the cause of all my
telnetting woes up to this point as I suspect?

I could, but why don't just try if it works now?
