We have seen that:

1) P ' (A-->B) = "outside PI", that is to say it is maximal on
"orbits" in the sense of P(A) = P(B) and also P ' (A-->B) - P(A-->B)
is maximal when B is a subset of A ' (the part of the Universe
"outside" A).

Orbits in terms of frequencies are not as commonly thought of by many
people as geometric orbits, but many physical systems have a tendency
to oscillate with larger amplitude at some ("resonant") frequencies
than others, and if we assign P(A) and P(B) the same Probabilities
P(A) = P(B) when they have the same resonant frequencies, then
resonant frequencies tend to be associated with one or more of:

2) Time-increasing rather than periodic motion or amplitude.
3) Amplitude (of vibrations) larger for such "orbits" than for non-
resonant scenarios or objects.
4) Maximizing Energy absorbed.
5) Generates almost all sinusoidal waves/vibrations in nature
including light and other short wavelength Electromagnetic radiation.
6) Allow radio and TV stations to be picked up via tuned circuits.
7) Applications in Astronomy including Solar System gass giants' moon.
10) Quantum, atomic, particle, molecular applications including
spectroscopy (Nuclear Magnetic Reonance or NMR, Mossbauer effect,
Electron spin Resonance, Quantum wave functions.
11) Breaking of objects by high or special frequencies which involve
violating linearity assumptions, etc.
12) Creation of coherent light in a laser cavity.
