This"UVCView.x86.exe" leads me to a website that you will have to
download a registry booster which to my understanding is just one sort
of registry doctor. As I have to download it and install just like any
third party registry tweaks.
Would you mind if I ask what makes this particular program unique from
the rest?

Roy I was thinking of downloading it too. But I think I have found
something I think is better. It is called "USBDeview.exe". You can find
it at:

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html

Under Protocol is what I think is the speed the device operates at. But
I am a bit confused as I see the following protocols here.

00
01
02
50
ff

I think 00 means it is an USB 1.0 device. 01 maybe an USB 1.1 device.
The 02 and 50 seems to be USB 2.0 devices I think. And I have no idea
what ff means? Besides it looks like a hex number. LOL

Nope protocol 02 isn't USB 2.0 it looks like. Too many of them should be
1.0 or 1.1 types.

Oh sorry Roy... I guess I was the only one that missed that part. Well
that part isn't good. I have a lot here to do and I will test my hub
here and see if I got that too with one 2.0 device wanting 480Mb/s and
it won't go that high. As theoretically it should be at least very close
being the only device connected to the hub.
