Hi,

Is there a way to create Responsible/Accountable/Consulted/Informed (RACI)
Charts in MS Project? I can't seem to find this feature in the software.

Yes. There is a way. Use 4 custom text fields for tasks to enter the names
for the persons who Responsible/Accountable/Consulted/Informed for each of
the tasks. You may wan to define custome values for each of these fields so
that the names cab picked from the list.

Then create a custom task report that include a table Task Name, and each of
these 4 custom fields.
