Hi, i have to present to my tutor on RAG reporting in MSP (as well as Project
Planner) tomorrow and am panicking as can't do it at all. I have one of my
own projects loaded up and would like assistance on applying some graphical
indicators to anything at all just so i can demonstrate something. any help
would be much appreciated.

Hi Paul,

You will find some excellent information about Stop Light reports in the
series of articles by fellow MVP Mike Glen at:

http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/Pub0009/LPMFrame.asp?CMD=ArticleSearch&AUTH=23

See particularly article 15 "Microsoft Project: 15 - Customizing Fields 2."
Mike's example addresses Cost but you could use Finish Variance instead of
Costs to create the graphic indicators.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Hi Paul,

You're welcome and thanks for the feedback. Sorry, no, I know nothing about
the other product.
