I would like to establish a communication between a host pc with implementation of supervision and a labview pc target using matlab, xPCTarget, simulink via a RS232 or TCP / IP

Can you describe how the dll comes into the picture?
Your title "direct an attack on dll under labview" doesn't seem to match your description.
