From: Neil Benson on 20 May 2008 09:36 I use Outlook 2007 with rules to automatically file email into various sub-folders of my Inbox. On my WM6 smartphone I can navigate to my Inbox's sub-folders, but they all appear empty and none of the messages that should be there are visible. I've been told by my mobile carrier (Vodafone) that this functionality is not supported. But Iknow that it is supported on a BlackBerry (argh!!). Can anyone help? Neil

I really hate the modern use of the word "supported." ;-) It's impossible to tell if it means "restricted/disallowed" or simply "we can't be bothered to help you figure it out." I find it very hard to believe that Voda somehow "blocks" subfolder syncing. By default in WinMo, subfolders do not sync automatically. You have to enable syncing each subfolder. In the Outlook Mail account on your device, select Menu/Tools/Manage Folders, tap the "+" sign next to the Inbox, and then select the check boxes for each folder you want to sync, then tap OK. Those folders should sync on the next scheduled connection, or you can manually hit send/receive to get things started. Good luck!
