Not sure what email client they use, but they use ntl and there has been a problem with ntl & Freeserve up till recently, but that seems to be OK now as I can send emails to them, up till recently I had to use Yahoo. Yes, Incredimail does have a FAQ, good thinking, I will scroll down their FAQ to see if there is any mention of the problem. I do understand how difficult it is to trouble shoot remotely.
