From: Lindsay on 16 May 2008 04:41 I use the link function in Powerpoint to load data from Excel sheets and this works fine. However, the first time I refresh after the initial 'paste special - link' has been added, it shows the row and column lines from the excel sheet that were not there previously. I don't want them to show but cannot find a way to prevent it. Any ideas?
From: Ryan on 19 May 2008 12:17 Lindsay-- this happens to be occassionally with my "dashboard" (a constantly updated spreadsheet that has its data linked into a powerpoint). The only way I'm able to fix this is by re-doing the link and making sure nothing is next to the cells I'm linking (ie, keeping a graph or chart well clear of the cells in question). Not sure if that helps but it works for me...most of the time! "Lindsay" wrote: > I use the link function in Powerpoint to load data from Excel sheets and this > works fine.
