From: pankaj_wolfhunter on 9 Dec 2005 01:58 Thank for the reply Serge. A rule is an like CHECK CONSTRAINT. The difference is that rule can be created as an object and hence can be associated with multiple tables.

From an MTK point of view, if it were supported (which I don't know) I'd expect it to simply be mapped to regular check constraints...
