From: Sandr8kr on 26 Jul 2005 19:40 I was told by a support technician at MS (India, of course) that I cannot reinstall my copy of Office 2003 on another machine, even though the first machine was fried so I'm not installing 2 copies. Their reply was 1 software copy for 1 machine. Can anyone offer help? -- sandr8kr
From: Beth Melton on 26 Jul 2005 20:01 If you purchased a retail version of Office 2003 then you should be able to transfer the license to another computer. If Office 2003 came preinstalled then it is licensed to the computer it was purchased with and is non-transferable.
