Report as a letter

From: Mikki on 25 Jun 2008 09:44 I am making a report as a letter. I have [CUSTODIAN] that has [ACTIVITY] and [COSTCENTER#] that need to appear on the letter. One [CUSTODIAN] has 5[ACTIVITY] and [COSTCENTER#] and I would like for them to appear like [ACTIVITY] ([COSTCENTER#]), [ACTIVITY] ([COSTCENTER#]), etc. in a sentence. Could someone please help me with how to achieve this? Thanx in advance~mjc
