From: MR on 3 Jan 2006 09:17 I just bought a new iMate JasJar (Mobile 2005 device) . i am unable to synchronize with my Exchange Serve (2003 with the Mobile 2005 additions) over SSL. I was able to synchronize with my iPaq 4700, after i disabled the certificate check. i can't disable the certcheck on the4 JasJar anymore. my server acts as a CA and uses the Microsoft Certificate Authority. the SSL certificate is generated from there. the SSL works as I can access it thru OWA. are there instructions on how to get the JasJar to sync with a self-CA? thanks

From: Andrew on 4 Jan 2006 05:15 I imported our certificate anyway. And then set the ppc registry to ignore the test. So you are using ssl but just not testing it. You'll find it under a google search on ssl registry etc You can't use cert check.exe anymore as the registry is different... but you can change it manually.
