Hello my scanner is producing blank (black) images although lamp lit perfectly and it scans up and down the page as normal. I am using it with Win XP on a laptop and it has worked before with this software hardware combination with no changes. HP 4470C scanner
Folk, The specifications for the 4470C scanner list the maximal resoluition as 1200 x 2400 dpi. The HP Precisionscan Pro has menu item Scan > Preferences which contains a resolution tab which allows me to add a resolution.
