From: Copesq on 23 Nov 2005 19:12 I am looking to include scrolling marquee text into web page. I can't locate tools in Dreamweaver or Fireworks for this. Is there a way to do this in either of these programs. I hate to use the FP word, but this was a simple task in FP, and I'm hoping to find a way to include this in my page.

From: Copesq on 23 Nov 2005 21:44 Thanks hanyfawzy - knew the answer had to be relatively simple. And since Joe finds scrolling text to be annoying, how about a constructive alternative for eye-catching yet pleasing information you want to be noticed?

Scrolling text is a personal choice, I don't find them annoying, and I guess your client should have the choice. An alternative maybe using a movie created in Flash? Flash has many neat features that can make your text attractive. Have fun Hany |
