Does it mean that if I have a limit of 10Mb of attached files, I can be
limited , sending email via the ISP email server ?? ( If they have 2 Mb
max, will I be able to send 10Mb ??

I just wonder what is the difference between their server and mine :-(

Sorry.. I am stupid...
I should send VIA their server ( which probably has no limits)
but I receive DIRECTLY to my server. ....

The blocking isn't done at the ISP, but at the receiving MTA.
There are some ISPs who do block port 25, preventing you to connect to a MTA
on port 25 if it's outside the ISPs network, if this would have been the case
you would have seen time out errors in your logs and the mail had never
reached hotmail in the first place.

That I can't answer, that depends on the policy your ISP has, but I don't know
any ISP who stores outgoing mail. What they will have is logs that shows you
have sent a mail and it may be stored for a while, that also depends on the
ISPs policy.

Using your ISPs MTA as you SMART_HOST will apply all the mail sending
limitations they have as attachment size, size of TO:/CC:/BBC: and of course
outgoing virus and spam scans (in case they do that).

> I just wonder what is the difference between their server and mine :-(

Write an e-mail to their support, then call them and ask them to escalate it
to someone who really can answer which limitations the mail server has (in
most cases the support don't know all the limitations, just things like max
attachment size).

Yes, it's just the outgoing that will go via theirs and it's just your
outgoing mail which will have other limits than what you have configured.

Using their MTA solve my problem if SPAM...
... and I am still using the my own DNS server...

- Does it mean that this is a sendmail configuration problem or not
necessary ?

I am sure that the port 25 is not block. That's a good point :-)
