From: "B.R. Rogers" <B.R. on 3 Jan 2006 12:58 I really appreciate the feature in MS Outlook Calendar that saves the names of shared calendars that one has opened in the "Other Calendars" box. However, it is cumbersome to search for a specific calendar in the list. MS Outlook should either alphabetize the Other Calendars as one opens them, or allow the user to alphabetize/sort them at any time. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. you can drag them around to change the order but there is no 'reorder alphabetically' option. Outlook also supports quick keys - if the calendar list is in focus you can press keys to go to the next item that begins with that letter. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM "B.R.
