From: Ivan on 9 Jul 2008 09:59 Hi, Does anyone know which registry control the user for "Show an enveloope icon in the notification area" in Outlook 2003. Or any group policy control this. Does this is machine based or user based in the roaming profile. Please advise? Ivan

From: Ivan on 9 Jul 2008 10:31 Hi, Thanks for your reply. It is not related to New Mail Desktop Alert. My question is related to how to show registry for an enveloope icon in the notification area in Outlook 2003. From: Oliver Vukovics [Public Shareware] on 9 Jul 2008 11:37 Hi Ivan, I only know this registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail\Microsoft Outlook\Envelope" But I do not know if this is THE registry key what you are looking for. >> > Does anyone know which registry control the user for "Show an enveloope >> > icon >> > in the notification area" in Outlook 2003. I think this must be the registry key, because I do not know any other "Envelop" registry. I thought you need an alert for all users that you can not disable. -- Oliver Vukovics Share Outlook without Exchange (Vista Ready): Public ShareFolder Synchronize Outlook between PC and Notebook: Public SyncTool http://www.publicshareware.com "Ivan" <Ivan(a)discussions.microsoft.com> schrieb im Newsbeitrag news:9E99D1FD-57BC-4979-8280-BCDCF9272077(a)microsoft.com... > Hi, > > Thanks for your reply.
