From: Paul on 27 Jul 2006 07:58 Hi all, i've tried to show the resource report but it shows every resources availability and excpetion [ ie when not working ] I would like to show when my 200++ resources on my program are on holiday. Is there a report that I can create? how do I customise one? any help gratefully received. Paul
From: "JulieS" passport6847 at maine dot rr dot on 27 Jul 2006 10:15 Hi Paul, I assume you have created a resource report and on the details tab selected Calendar under the Resource heading and want to show just the Exceptions to the calendar. If so, sorry, I don't believe that is possible. The information shown under the "Details" tab is not directly editable. Fellow MVP, Jan De Messemaeker has posted an option that *may* suit what you need. See the article: "Microsoft Project: An abstract" at: http://users.online.be/prom-ade/index.htm -- I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
