Anyone tried both? I recorded some drums using the SM98 at a friend's
house on the beater side of the base drum (with a D112 on the front
side) to get a really nice sound, and I wanted to get an SM98, but
can't find one. So I thought if anyone tried both and can say the
Beta98 is sonically related to the SM98...
