I am looking for a way to show a rolled up milestone only to the imediate
level. In other words, I want to exclude some milestones that get rolled up
to the top level. Is there a way to do this or will I be forced to rollup
milestones all the way to the top level?

Hi,

No Problem
For all parents but the immediate one, cross out "Show Rolled Up Gantt Bars"
in Task Information, General.

Thanks for the sugestion, but it dosent seem to work. Not sure what I am
doing wrong. Also, wouldn't your solution cause all Milestones to not roll
up to the parent level that I crossed out "Show Rolled Up Gantt Bars"? I
would like to select which milestones that rollup to the top level.

Thanks for your help,

I think I see the part of the problem. Your sugestion will work if I am in
the Normal Gantt view. The problem is that I have set up this project as a
multiple gantt bar view. I did this so that I could track different types of
dates for the same task. When using this view all milestones rollup
regardless of whether I cross out the "Show Rolled up gantt bars" box.

Thanks for your help,

Hi,

You can only stop the rolling up at summary task level.
You cannot tell a milestone to rollup only one level.
