secure.log & modifying /etc/syslog.conf
I'm trying to log system security messages in the /root/secure.log. I know theres a way to do it by adding a line to the syslog.conf file but can't figure it out. I've tried adding /root/secure.log security.info but that doesn't work. The only thing maybe my system isn't generating any security messages to log. ... 20 Jun 2008 23:32
