Where is error coming from??

1. Excel : when press right arrow, it keeps going down by one
cell.

2. Words : when press space bar it jumps to next line (happens
only when there is data below or space below)

3. email : when press space bar it jumps to next line (happens
only when there is data below or space below)

I am using Microsoft Outlook SBE 03 .. confirmed the keyboard is not faulty
with other programs.
