From: Ian F. on 21 Apr 2008 15:59 I have never had a problem syncing my Outlook diary to my Nokia 6500 Classic, but suddenly today it wouldn't work - when I launch PC Sync from PC Suite the message reads 'not connected' and all items in the window are greyed out except 'help' and 'select phone' (clicking on 'select phone' has no effect). Other functions of PC Suite work fine - I can read text messages, transfer files etc. - so the problem is clearly not with the Bluetooth connection. I have also downloaded the latest version of PC Suite, which didn't help. All advice gratefully received. Ian (running Windows XP Home SP2; Nokia 6500 classic with latest software; PC Suite version 6.86.9.0; connecting via Bluetooth) --
