From: lynbain on 18 Jun 2008 13:04 We are recruiting for a Sun usability study next week. We need feedback from two different groups of people: 1. People who research and download software that runs on the Solaris OS. You must be familiar with Solaris to fit into this category. 2. People who work for software development companies that write software running on the Solaris OS. To qualify, you would be responsible for publicizing that software. You might write the descriptions you want publicized, be the person in the company who would find the sites to post it on, and/or be the one who actually posts/updates your software on sites where it is to be published. Please feel free to forward this message to others who might be interested. You must be in the US or Canada to participate. Sun employees and contractors are not eligible. Tuesday and Wednesday, June 24 & 25: These sessions will last 1 hour and participants will receive a $75 Visa gift card for their feedback. The study will be conducted remotely via web-meeting. If you are interested, please reply and let me know: 1. Your current job/role: tell us a bit about what you do and where you work. 2. How you meet the criteria for the study described above (research Solaris software or publish software that runs on Solaris). 3. A time that would work on Tuesday or Wednesday (6:30AM 11AM MT or after 6PM MT on either day). Please include your time zone) and the operating system you will use during the study. 4. A phone number where you can be reached for scheduling. Please provide the information requested above rather than attaching your resume. Thank you, Lyn Bain Lynda.Bain(a)Sun.com |
