KDE 4.0 desktop effects and Radeon X800 GT Greetings. I have installed two days ago new KDE and now I want to enable desktop effects. It worked fine with beta 2 however not with final release. Is it possible to turn off disks selectively? I am about to reconfigure my Suse 10.3 box for more storage (1TB) with an extra disk. At the same time I was considering adding two older disks (Seagate 80 & 120 PATA) for use as backup drives. Is there any way to cut the power to them with software?
