From: James_101 on 21 Jun 2005 16:51 I'm reviewing the xtras that my AW 7.02 web packaged pieces download through an aam file. Of the files I currently download, I am unable to determine the function of these three: swacnvrt.x32, pwint.x32, and secure.x32. The "files to distribute" topic in Help does not list these and I am unable to find them elsewhere in Help, on the AW 7 CD, or in AW Support. Any suggestions on other places where I can look? Thanks. Jim
From: Erik *TMM* on 21 Jun 2005 18:18 I would guess the swacnvrt.x32 is more likely the 'tool' used to perform the wav to swa conversion via the Xtras pulldown. I wouldn't think it has to do with the playback of those files as there are other swa xtras for that... I could certainly be wrong! Files needed when distributing SWA files:- Swaread.x32, Swadcmpr.x32 Looks like whoever packaged your file added the converter file by mistake. It is an authoring-time only Xtra and should not be distributed with packaged files. > I could certainly be wrong! > KM > KM? Changing your name?
