From: mcsteve on 26 Jun 2008 18:56 Thanks for all the suggestions. I found an alternative source, news.aioe.org. No user name or password required to access their news server. -- Steve <snip> McQ

I've been looking for an alternative to bellsouth for a long time, as every once in awhile their nntp server seems to get flaky. I wouldn't be surprised if they follow the other big guns in the biz anyway. AFter all, we're the new at&T, service with a grumble, if we speak ENglish at all. Richard webb, replace anything before at with elspider

Only carries posts for about 3 weeks though. Pay servers go back months, but for me- it's good enough and I'd just as soon give my ten bucks a month to a charity.
