I finally figured it out by accident. You need to go into Outlook tools under
Options. There should be a button there for Mobile services and SMS Links. I
signed up for that, restarted Outlook and then my tasks and calendar worked.
Still having problems with the Address Book. But no tech support knew what to
do to help me.
