TCL

tzdata - folder not found on AIX build
Hi, When building tcl 8.5.0 on hpux/windows, it creates a large number of “time zone” files under a directory called tzdata. There are no such files for aix. Any idea if this is a problem? Also, these files/directory was not there in the tcl8.4.13 build. Thanks, Mona. ... 7 May 2008 14:14

proc returning variable without "return" command
I am calling a proc which sets a variable (named my_return) to a string. Even without putting the command "return $my_return" at the end of the proc, the string is being returned from the proc call. accessing elements from a split
