Is anyone with Tesco Mobile PAYG?

Can they accept topup using a Visa Electron debit card?

No idea, but you can top up at most cash machines. Or at Tesco stores of
course.

Or your favouite auction house always has loads of vouchers (available on
BIN for immediate use) at about a 10% discount to the retail price.

If there isn't any Tesco vouchers for sale then just purchase O2, they're
interchangeable.

And don't quote the Tesco website at me boy. That is like saying the only
place you can buy a Ford car from is an franchised Ford main dealer.

Go and buy a top up voucher on ebay for O2 and apply it on a Tesco mobile
PAYG, then come back and report.
