I hate to be the first to point this out, but you seem to be following poor Ramswell around criticizing him whenever the slightest opportunity to do so presents itself. It might even be considered cyber-stalking. >:-) -- Best regards, Sam Gillett Change is inevitable, except from vending machines!

I know I can be harsh on him but I have offered him good free business advice and even offered him webspace for his internet site and help putting something together. It's constructive criticism mostly. I have congratulated him on his new site as it's a step in a positive direction but his payment options don't reflect those of a real business. That really needs to change if he wants to move forward and make a bit of money.

Ok, I STAND CORRECTED! I did say, "BUSINESS." But that was when I initially purchased the contract under the false 'assumption" that it was going to "BECOME A BUSINESS," when in all actuality instead of moving forward and becoming a business, it actually regressed and become a faint "HOBBY" as you state. So here I stand corrected. However, WHERE did I ever BLAME THE COMMUNITY for anything? In fact, you're not even part of the community so why do you care? The community is a group of USERS HELPING USERS THAT CARE AND ARE PRODUCTIVE in some kind of a way or another (and since you are NONE OF THESE, then you don't qualify to make an assessment). Thanks for your time and and for playing, I DON'T CARE! Charles

And I, for one, regardless of the COMMUNITY aspect of things, will NOT send a M.O. to anyone for payment, if they don't have a business lic or llc or tax ID. We are suppose to take it on faith that someone is honest and reliable. And you might argueable say that others know you and have done business with you. And in a perfect world, that would be great. However, we don't live in a perfect world, we live in a world that has Maurice in it (how many dollars has this COMMUNITY been screwed out of? Do I want to take a chance? hmmm.) And the fact that you say you can't do Paypal raises a red flag as well. I am sure you have very valid reason for not using PayPal. Heck I know people who refuse to use it ...just because. However If I were going to run a business, I would insure that I had a way to accept online or instant payments. Why? Because, personally, I am an impatient person. I am in the era of 'instant gratification', and before you ditz me on that, I really don't care what you think about that, as when I get ready to purchase something, I want it. I would have already considered everything about the pending purchase and will pay instantly to have something shipped, but to snail mail a MONEY ORDER because of 'check issues' and refusal to use PayPal, just adds to the time. Heck, I might just go to Best Buy. And before you mention that I can't get Commodore hardware at Best Buy, just remember for every one person out there that has commie stuff to sell, there are three more waiting to sell even more commie stuff. At least that has been my experience. Oh yeah, occasionally I'll miss out on the rare deal, but oh well. And I still have a PET to console myself with...btw, Anyone want/need a PET, let me know....but only if you will pay using Paypal! Ha! Good luck, Charles, and I mean that. It would appear that you have MANY obsticals to overcome, like reading my bad spelling.
