I had to reinstall my software and this is what I get as an error. Anyone
knows why it's happening? My laptop can connect without a problem.

thanks

can anyone give me some viable link which can help me out ?

Such errors are almost always related to your AntiVirus or Firewall. Are
you using either?

I am a mac user and I don't have a antivirus software. I also don't have a
firewall. It was working 20 min. prior to this, when i reinstalled it into my
desktop started giving me an error. but not on my laptop. I don't get it.
