I'm getting the following error when I try to Deploy or Debug my report
project:

The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship
with remote server.

I can preview it fine, but when I Ctrl+F5, I get the above build error.

I've tried to change the machine.config file, checkCertificateName="false",
but don't really want to use it, and it didn't work anyways. Our URL is NOT
https as well.
