From: Beverly Howard [Ms-MVP/MobileDev] on 15 Feb 2008 12:24 While I would love to pop for one, for me it's a major purchase which I can't justify at the moment. My PDA2k is still serving me well (knock on wood) so, until it gives signs of distress, probably won't as I'm still not using the T4215 enough to justify that extravagance. >> slender lady-like fingers << Not me (see http://BevHoward.com ;-) I've actually evolved to the point where using the ppc's onscreen keyboard is fairly efficient and would probably use the 810 the same way most of the time. Its keyboard seems to be large enough to be usable in those cases where I needed to sit down and pound out a few pages of text and I would probably not carry my BT stowaway keyboard as I do now when that need comes up. I _will_ miss the PPC's options such as stroke shifting and predictive text which the tablet's tip does not know how to do. Beverly Howard [MS MVP-Mobile Devices]

Beverly: While I'm sure I'm not the first person to guess wrongly at your gender, I do apologize! Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I'm a long time PPC user also and pretty good handwriter on that device. I'm drooling over the HTC Shift but that's not going to hit the US for awhile... I thought the 810 might be a good interim device. I'll let you know what happens...
