Don't wait for someone claiming to be from 3 to offer you an upgrade, it'll probably be an independent 3 dealer trying it on. Steve Terry

My daughter just called T Mobile to say end of contract and what can they offer to keep her custom and they said nothing so she cancelled and is looking around. So not sure if this was becoming more the normal. Ken

That's what i wondered too, 3 are now the network they should have been. What a networks CR dept offers you depends entirely on their retention figures, if they have been good last month they'll tell you to sod off, and the opposite is true. i.e. I've heard at the moment Orange CR are making good offers to keep customers 3 should offer something good, they've always tried to catch customers Steve Terry
