From: Theo Markettos on 28 Aug 2006 06:54 I have a laptop where I use applications that make extensive use of the middle mouse button. Unfortunately (for complicated reasons I don't need to go into) using the laptop touchpad with left+right buttons together isn't suitable. So I'm looking for a three-button USB touchpad or preferably trackball suitable for laptop use, ideally with some clip to attach it to the laptop. I tend to use my laptop on my knees quite a lot, so using a conventional mouse is out because I don't have a flat surface. It needs to support the third button natively, ie not emulated by drivers. Can anyone recommend any? I can't seem to find pointing devices aimed at laptops that attach to the laptop rather than require use of a desk to use them on. Thanks Theo
