Generator only connects when Service and Disconnect are off

useful when the only disconnect is in the breaker box, major rewiring of
service is avoided, generator is protected, no backfeed into the grid.

At $1 per USENET post, you could have *paid* a professional
to DO THIS RIGHT by now. :<
