From: rk73737 on 16 Apr 2005 18:12 I want to transfer music from my Ipod Shuffle to another computer. When I plug the Ipod in to the other computer it appears it will not allow me to do this. It it will remove the music on the Ipod and fill the Ipod with the music on the computer. Is there a way to transfer the Ipod music (that came from another computer) to the computer?

There are third-party programs that will do it for you, or you can just use your iPod like a hard drive and transfer the files that way. (You won't be able to listen to them on the iPod, though, since they'll just be files on a hard drive, not music files in the iPod's special directories.) ----j7y -- jere7my tho?rpe | "The land knows whom it sent out; (440) 775-1522 | In the place of human beings jere7my2(a)oberlin.net | Their ashes in urns http://www.livejournal.com/~jere7my | Come back to each man's house." --- Aeschylus, The Agamemnon
