Hello:

I have started having a problem hotsyncing my Treo 90. I am syncing it
to J-Pilot in the Linux operating system.

When the hotsync button is pressed the "Connecting to the desktop using
Cradle/Cable" screen comes up on the handheld and that all that happens.
That screen remains until a soft reset is done. J-Pilot shows no response
at all. I have checked the cable connections and they are all secure. I
thought it might be a software problem so I did a hard reset to
completely clear the handheld with no luck.

Does anyone have any suggestions or have I just acquired another paper
weight?
