On the other hand, ftp.de.debian.org nearly always works. They seem quite reliable. From my sources.list: deb http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/ftp.debian.org/debian stable main contrib deb http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/security.debian.org stable/updates main contrib One per line of course.
