From: Graham M. <Graham on 28 Aug 2005 03:40 My laptop is networked to my desktop, and I have set the target of My Documents on the laptop to point to the My Documents folder on the desktop, which is mapped as a network drive on the laptop. I have made the laptop My Documents folder available offline, so I can use the files on my laptop when I am working away from the office and synchronize when I return. All this works fine. The problem is that the My Pictures folder, which is a sub-folder of My Documents, has got so big that I no longer want to keep a copy on my laptop and take it offline. However, when I go to My Network Places on the laptop, drill down to My Pictures and right-click on the folder name, "Make Available Offline" is checked but greyed out. I can't find a way of de-selecting My Pictures from offline availability. Any suggestions, please?
