From: Maurice on 10 Oct 2008 18:05 Nope, when using the collect email option you have two choices HTML or InfoPath forms. The HTML variant is being generated by Access and has no options for formatting or editting. The InfoPath option let's you send and use an own created form in InfoPath. Sow when you are looking for a fancy form you have to create it yourself using IP otherise your stuck with the standard HTML option.
