Upgraded from Studio MX2004 to CS3 Web Standard. In Dreamweaver right click
image and select open with and two entries for Fireworks appear - the MX2004
and CS3. If you open folder options / file types and select an image extension
then choose program Fireworks does NOT appear in recommended or other programs.
Even if you select PNG you are offered windows viewer and again Firworks does
not appear. Have done a repair/reinstall of CS3 but no improvement. Have
checked KB and that no help, no similar problem listed in installation help or
Technotes.
