From: kierkito on 23 Apr 2008 14:22 I've been using Flash Video Encoder for quite a while now and never had a problem encoding flash from wmv. But in the last week suddenly encoding crashes on ever attempt. At first I thought it was a change in the format of the video that was being introduced, but then I tired videos that I know that I've converted previously. They crash too. I've also tried on 3 different computers, that have all had success in the past. Any Ideas?

I too have been using and encoding flv video for quite some time. All of a sudden today Flash Video Encoder is crashing, throwing the error: 2008-05-05 11:52:13 : ENCODING FAILED - Source file: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\bobs-video-stills\descvid2.mpg - Output file: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\bobs-video-stills\descvid2.flv - Video codec: On2 VP6 - Alpha channel encoded: no - Deinterlace: no - Frame rate: 0 fps - Key frame interval: 0 frames - Video data rate: 400 kbps - Width: 0 pixels - Height: 0 pixels - Audio codec: MPEG Layer III (MP3) - Audio data rate: 64 kbps (mono) - FLV duration: 00:00:00 - Encoding time: 00:00:01 ==================================================================== An internal application error occurred. ==================================================================== It appears to be trying to change height and width to 0 pixels - so much for meeting my deadline on this project... I've been switching to various source formats, though nothing works so far. Anyone else? |
