It isn't just Windows Vista. I have the same problem with Windows 7
Professional using Messenger 2009 and an HP 2-megapixel webcam. I can hear
others and they can see me. They cannot hear me, however. None of the options
on this page helps. I am not even offered the "use headphones" option.
