I have been having troublw viewing videos for such a long time I can't
remember when it started. Every video I try to look at, no matter
where it is, plays in jerks and spurts. My uneducated opinion is it
needs a buffer however I have also tried to download the video
completely then play it but the same thing happens.
This has no started with audio only messages.
What can I do to try to fix this?
